Primary Responsibilities

• Perform professional interior and exterior detailing on luxury and pre-owned vehicles
• Wash, clay, buff, wax and apply protective coating as needed
• Clean and condition leather, upholstery, carpets, and all interior surfaces
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic imperfections and ensure all are corrected prior to delivery
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the detail area, supplies, and tools
• Maintain dealership and manufacturer standards for vehicle presentation
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet quality and delivery timelines
• Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable at time of delivery
• Move vehicles around the dealership safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring vehicles are cleaned to a high standard.

Additional Duties (as needed)

• Keep dealership lot clean and free of debris
• Assist with snow removal and set up for events
• Move vehicles to and from service areas, showroom displays and customer parking
• Organize vehicles to ensure attractive and professional presentation

• Assist with inventory management such as checking vehicles in
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional automotive detail experience
• Highline/Exotic experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to drive manual and automatic transmissions
• Proficiency in polish and paint correction preferred
• Strong knowledge of professional-grade detailing products, tools, and processes
• Must be able to work in all-weather conditions
• Position requires standing and bending for extended periods while performing physical tasks such as washing, polishing and moving vehicles.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to achieve flawless results
