Bentley Commons at Lynchburg is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Medication Aides (RMAs) to join our senior living community. We are a resident-centered team that treats our staff like family. What You’ll Do:
- Administer medications to residents in compliance with Virginia state regulations
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Observe and document changes in residents’ health and behavior; update care plans accordingly
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Promote resident independence and encourage participation in daily programs and activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Medication Aide (RMA) – Virginia license (Required)
- CNA or HHA certification (Required)
- First Aid/CPR(Required)
- High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Compassion, patience, and a true passion for elder care
