The Role (Read This First)
We are not looking for someone to “manage marketing.”
We are looking for someone to own the digital storefront of our entire company.
That means:
- Your website is your showroom
- Your inventory photos are your salespeople
- Your marketing performance is measured in leads, conversions, and sold units
What You’ll OwnWebsite & User Experience (TOP PRIORITY)
- Full ownership of website design, layout, and usability
- Ensure a fast, clean, mobile-first experience that converts traffic into leads
- Optimize inventory pages for:
- Ease of use
- Speed
- Conversion
- Work directly with vendors (Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire, etc.) to improve performance
- Track behavior and continuously improve based on real data
Inventory Photography & Merchandising (TOP PRIORITY)
- Oversee all inventory photography across the group
- Implement and enforce standards for:
- Lighting, angles, and consistency
- Speed-to-market for new units
- Ensure every vehicle online is presented at a retail-ready, high-quality level
- Build or manage a process that guarantees no weak inventory listings
Bottom line: If the photos aren’t right, the deal doesn’t happen.
Marketing & Advertising
- Plan and execute monthly and annual marketing strategies and budgets
- Lead all channels:
- Digital (Google, Meta, SEO/SEM)
- Traditional (TV, radio, billboards, direct mail)
- Collaborate with leadership on promotions and campaigns
- Manage agencies, vendors, and OEM relationships
- Oversee all creative direction and brand consistency
Performance & Accountability
- Track everything:
- Website traffic & behavior
- Lead sources & conversion rates
- Campaign ROI
- Adjust quickly and aggressively based on performance
- Present results directly to leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Proven marketing experience (automotive preferred)
- Strong understanding of website UX, digital retailing, and lead generation
- Experience managing or improving inventory presentation and photography standards
- Highly competitive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Someone who takes ownership, not orders
