Core Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality team with routine SAP and MES tasks by reviewing product quality data from incoming to material being shipped.
- Support development and revision of procedures.
- Develop, maintain, and improve tools for Quality, preferably SAP QM Module.
- Support product, compliance, and surveillance audits.
- Support investigation of quality issues.
- Manage Quality HOLD bundles disposition.
- Develop and Issue Material Test Report (MTRs) for incoming and finished goods.
- Authorize the release of finished goods for shipment.
- Support Process Improvement initiatives.
- Support product/ process, internal and external audits.
- Work with the suppliers in resolving any quality issues during the incoming inspection or during the manufacturing process.
- High School Diploma/ GED
- At least 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control area or manufacturing related field .
- Knowledge of tubular and/ or steel manufacturing and testing (Destructive & Non-Destructive) preferred.
- Knowledge of API / ISO standards and specifications preferred.
- Experience in SAP is preferred.
- Detailed oriented with proven analytical, problem identification, and resolution skills.
- Excellent time management planning and orginazational skills.
