The Director of Golf (Golf Professional) serves as Bent Tree’s golf ambassador and a highly visible leader responsible for delivering a best-in-class, member-first golf experience through elevated service standards, clear and proactive communication, exceptional programming, and high-performing teams. This role provides full operational leadership across tournaments, instruction, tee sheet and play management, retail performance, and outside services—including pace of play, golf operations, and cart fleet excellence—while partnering closely with Club leadership, the General Manager who is a PGA Master Professional and key stakeholders to ensure a successful course reopening and sustained excellence thereafter.

Including, but not limited to, the following:
- Three years or more of experience as a Head Professional at a private equity club or a minimum of five years as First Assistant at top tier private equity club is preferred.
- Class “A” PGA Member in good standing
- Four-year university degree
