Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person and over the phone to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Drive company vehicles safely along designated routes to deliver products and merchandise efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting compelling options
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and route deliveries using organizational tools
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction levels
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for pricing, calculating totals, and managing transactions accurately
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and home remodeling.
- Write estimates for customers
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable; military background is a plus for discipline and teamwork skills.
