Shop Carpenters, Builders & CNC Operators – 2nd Shift
Keene, NH
We’re hiring Shop Carpenters, Builders, and CNC Operators for our growing Second Shift team in Keene. If you’re ready for a rewarding hands-on role with higher pay, long weekends, and a great team culture—this is your opportunity.
Shift Details:
- Training Period (90 days): Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Regular Hours: Monday–Thursday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
- 3-Day Weekend Every Week! (Fridays Off)
- Second Shift Differential: $4.00/hour on top of base pay
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building walls, roofs, and floors in our modern, climate-controlled facility
- Working with framing, sheathing, insulation, air sealing, and bundling
- Installing windows and doors
- Operating CNC machinery and forklifts
What You Bring:
- A desire to learn and apply innovative, sustainable building techniques
- Carpentry, woodworking, or construction experience (we pay for experience!)
- Comfort using tools, reading measurements, and working with your hands
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- CNC or AutoCAD experience is a plus
