Landscape Laborer/Technician

Benson’s Lawn & Landscaping is looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team immediately. This position focuses on landscape installation and property improvement projects for residential and commercial properties. Previous Landscaping experience of 1 year or more is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, mulch, rock, edging, rock walls, and bed preparation
• Install landscape materials such as decorative rock, mulch, edging, and plants
• Assist with grading, soil preparation, and site cleanup
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain quality standards

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Landscaping experience is required

Timely completion of job sites and paperwork are necessary. Valid driver's license is required.

Pay $20-$27/ hr - based on experience
