We are seeking a professional and organized Office Clerk/Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Order parts and supplies as needed for repair jobs. Keep track of inventory use.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office management tools for daily tasks
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate service calls efficiently
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and record keeping
- Support administrative functions including typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining organized records
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and data entry skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with front desk management, multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and appointment scheduling
- Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in appliance repair roles is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
