Requirements:

High School Diploma or Transcripts - Required
Valid CA DL - Required
Valid Car Insurance & Registration
ARF CERT - Required
RBT CERT, BCBA CERT or Psych Tech - Required
3 years of management in a LIC facility - Required
Responsible for a variety of duties that include but are not limited to:
Coordinating resident services including resident schedules, pre-admission interviews, assessments, staffing, and individual service plans.
Designing, implementing, and monitoring delivery of programs. Evaluating progress on programs and revising as necessary.
Coordinating consistent services with work, school, day programs, and families.
Providing direct supervision and initial and ongoing training of direct support staff.
Ensuring compliance with Benson House's policies and procedures, as related to duties.
Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and participate as a team member during licensing reviews/audits.
Ensuring resident rights and advocate accordingly.
Managing house budget and explain variances if necessary.
Conducting self in a professional manner in all forms of communication with consumers, staff, family, and outside agency contacts.
Ensuring adequate scheduling and staffing needs are met in accordance with the master schedule.
Evaluating staff performance, ensuring staff are provided the tools necessary to be successful.
Implementing governing Agency policies and procedures as related to assigned duties.
Coordinating and/or delegates scheduling of resident physician’s appointments.
