A rapidly growing multi-specialty healthcare organization in the Greater St. Louis area is seeking a Senior Accountant to support expansion and help build a centralized accounting function
.
This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Controller with direct impact on financial operations across multiple specialty service lines.
What You’ll Do:
- Own month-end close and general ledger activity
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis
- Strengthen internal controls and processes
- Oversee AP and bank reconciliations
- Support audits, budgeting, and physician compensation calculations
- Contribute to system and process improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of accounting/financial reporting experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- CPA and/or healthcare experience is a plus

Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
