Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for keeping White Pines Golf Club facilities running at optimal levels. This position is also responsible for helping day of events with staff to help set up, run, and breakdown of the events. This position will have a small team to help with all the projects and events. This position will report to the General Manager.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Repair day to day issues around White Pines Golf Club
• Oversee any outside maintenance operations  
• Schedule staff to help set up, run, and breakdown events
• Estimate and purchase materials and supplies as needed
• Responsible for weekly reports of completed tasks
• Develop and maintains appropriate maintenance operations procedures in accordance with district policy
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 year or older
• Must be detailed oriented
• Must be able to read, interpret and troubleshoot a diagram as utilized in event set-up.
• Must be able to react quickly and calmly to last minute changes.
• Must have good interpersonal skills along with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Must maintain high professional standards of customer service, appearance, and behavior.
• Must have at least 3 years experience in the field of Buildings and Grounds Maintenance
