Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscaper located in Delaware, OH. The Landscaper will be responsible for performing a variety of landscaping tasks, including maintaining outdoor spaces, implementing landscape designs, and weekly lawn mowing. Daily responsibilities will include gardening tasks, installing and maintaining plants, pulling weeds, mulching, mowing, and assisting with landscape construction projects as needed. The role involves hands-on, outdoor work in a team-oriented environment. Pay ranges from $18-27 hr depending on experience/skill level.
Qualifications
- Skills in Landscape Maintenance, including pruning, trimming, mowing and seasonal preparation
- Experience with Gardening and plant care techniques
- Proficiency in general Landscaping practices and outdoor work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is an advantage
- A valid driver's license is required
- Prefer experience driving truck and trailer
- Must be insurable
