Our focus is on achieving high growth targets for the BenQ Store. As an eCommerce Associate, you'll support key initiatives that drive traffic, boost conversions, and grow online sales for the BenQ Store. An excellent opportunity to learn from a leading tech brand while contributing to fundamental growth strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support marketing and product teams in executing digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, Google/Meta Ads, SMS, social media).
- Update and maintain eStore product pricing, SKUs, inventory, and promotions (US/CA).
- Manage eStore content updates and assist with A content via 1WorldSync, CC, etc.
- Write/ Optimize email marketing based on the target for each key segment.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on eCommerce performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer retention, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Preferred Interest, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as AEM, Magento, Google Analytics, Google/Meta Ads, etc. Excellent multitasking skills and an eagerness to learn.
Education:
Bachelors degree or in progress, preferably in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
