HVAC Service Technician

Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and service calls efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and industry standards.
- Clearly communicate repair recommendations and options to customers.
- Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Represent Benoure professionally and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Participate in the on-call rotation (October through April; summers off).
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities available.
Qualifications
- Experience servicing residential HVAC systems.
- Gas, propane, oil, refrigeration, or plumbing licenses/certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous learning.
