CDL-A Yard Switchers | Average $1,100–$1,500 Weekly Gross

Benore is a family-owned, family-run carrier that's been moving freight for 30 years. We're hiring CDL-A Switchers for yard switching and strapping at our Montgomery, AL operation. This is structured 12-hour shift work with steady volume, predictable hours, and no-touch freight.

PAY
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
- $1,100–$1,500 weekly average
- Hourly pay model
- A Shift: $20/hr $30/hr OT
- B Shift: $22/hr $33/hr OT
- OT after 40
- 48–60 hours/week

SCHEDULES
- A Shift: 6AM–6PM
- B Shift: 6PM–6AM
- Workweek options:
– 4 days x 12 hrs
– 5 days x 12 hrs
- Plant schedule:
– A Shift: Mon–Fri
– B Shift: Sun–Fri
