Pay
Average Weekly Earnings
$1,100–$1,500 per week
A Shift

• $20.00/hr base pay
• $30.00/hr overtime after 40 hours

B Shift

• $22.00/hr base pay
• $33.00/hr overtime after 40 hours
• Overtime after 40 hours
• 48–60 hours per week

The Work

• Home Daily
• Yard Switching and Trailer Strapping
• 11–17 Trailer Moves Per Shift
• Approximately 1-Mile Hauls
• No-Touch Freight
• Drop & Hook Operation
• Typical 12-Hour Shifts
• Stable, Year-Round Customer Freight

Schedule

• A Shift: 6AM–6PM
• B Shift: 6PM–6AM
• 4-Day or 5-Day Workweek Options
• A Shift: Monday–Friday
• B Shift: Sunday–Friday

• Class A Driver's License OR 12 Months of Yard Switching Experience
• Clean MVR Meeting FMCSA Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
