Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Tree Groundsman/Climber to join our vibrant team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing urban and natural landscapes. Responsibilities
- Safely climb trees using appropriate rigging techniques and equipment to perform pruning, trimming, or removal operations.
- Conduct detailed plant pruning care and tree trimming to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
- Use chainsaws, rigging tools, and other specialized equipment skillfully for cutting, shaping, or removing trees.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including safety checks, rigging setups, and tree condition assessments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tree care, climbing techniques, and landscape maintenance with growing knowledge of horticulture principles.
- Proficiency in operating chainsaws, and rigging equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of plant pruning care, tree trimming standards, and dendrology fundamentals.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols..
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and safety compliance.

Positions Available:Tree Groundsman – $15–$20/hour Tree Climber – Starting at $20/hour (based on experience)
Requirements: Reliable transportation to and from work (required). Dependable and on time every day. Strong work ethic and willingness to work, Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, Tree service experience is preferred for the Tree Climber position
