Job Description
Position Title: Process & Finish Personnel
Location: Ennis, TX
Reporting to: Manager of Operations
Starting range $19.23 Hourly
Essential Functions
The function of Process & Finish Personnel is to move, handle, process, and end-finish tubular connections and accessories according to specified requirements. Process & Finish Personnel receive authority from and report to the Operations Manager.
Specific duties of the Process & Finish Personnel include, but are not limited to:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must pass a Company physical
Must be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and written.
Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously follow instructions and ensure accuracy in the processing and finishing of tubular connections and accessories.
Punctuality and Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality to adhere to shift schedules and meet production timelines.
Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of basic mechanical processes and equipment operation to perform tasks such as drift testing, installation of couplings, and maintenance of equipment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to identify process or equipment problems and report them to the Operations Manager for resolution.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Commitment to following company safety, environmental, quality, and personnel policies to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and adapt to changes in work procedures or priorities.
Ability to multitask in fast-paced team environment with a focus on overall quality.
Exposure to manufacturing operations preferred.

Essential Functions
The function of Process & Finish Personnel is to move, handle, process, and end-finish tubular connections and accessories according to specified requirements. Process & Finish Personnel receive authority from and report to the Operations Manager.
Specific duties of the Process & Finish Personnel include, but are not limited to:
- Reports to work on time and punch in/out at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Report to the Operations Manager at the start of each shift for instructions.
- End blast or phosphate coat threaded connections as required.
- Drift test tubular connections and accessories after machining.
- Install couplings (when required) utilizing the buck-on machine.
- Apply final markings, thread compound and thread protectors to tubing connections and accessories after machining.
- Complete required documentation of drift-testing, drift calibration, titration of phosphate solutions, buck-on, and daily production.
- Perform end-finish processes in compliance with Benoit SOPs and Work Order instructions.
- Observe connections for handling damages and reports any issues to Operations Manager.
- Ensure that tubing from different orders does not get mixed.
- Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly manner and perform scheduled maintenance on process & finish equipment.
- Report any process or equipment problems to the Operations Manager.
- Make efficient use of end-finish supplies and reports supply needs to Operations Manager.
- Adhere to company safety, environmental, quality and personnel policies.
