Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Document customer concerns and relay information to technicians for accurate diagnostics.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required, including brake repair, oil changes, tire service, and other automotive services.
- Prepare service estimates and ensure that all necessary parts and services are communicated clearly to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote additional services that enhance vehicle performance and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the service management system.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
Skills
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics and possess a solid understanding of auto service management.
- Experience in service writing, ensuring clear communication of technical information to customers.
- Knowledgeable in various automotive services including brake repair, oil change, tire service, and general automotive maintenance.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales teams and technicians.
