Benny & Son’s is a fast-paced, family-owned body shop seeking a motivated and reliable Paint Prep Assistant to join our team. Whether you’re entry-level or just starting out, this is your chance to be trained one-on-one by a master painter with 19 years of experience. We don’t just hire workers — we build future painters and techs from the ground up!
What You’ll Get:

Job Duties:
- Sanding, masking, and prepping cars for paint
- Assisting the lead painter as needed
- Light disassembly, small buffing tasks, cleaning panels
- Keeping the shop clean and organized
- Learning valuable trade skills to level up in the industry
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and ready to work
- Willing to learn and work as a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically able to lift 40 lbs and move around the shop
- Passion to grow into a painter or tech role
REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Drivers License and RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.

Deberes del trabajo:
- Lijar, enmascarar y preparar los coches para la pintura
- Ayudar al pintor principal según sea necesario
- Desmontaje ligero, pequeñas tareas de pulido, limpieza de paneles
- Mantener la tienda limpia y organizada
- Aprender valiosas habilidades comerciales para subir de nivel en la industria
