Detailed Job Description:
- Assists with all phases of opening a restaurant, from lease signing through opening
- Responsible for maintaining a “Design & Construction Manual” that would be used for all new locations
- Site Visits (pre-construction, key decisions, final)
- Consults with partners to determine functionality and spatial requirements of new structures and/or renovations for new locations
- Prepares design plans, build-out specifications, estimated budget, schedule, and FF&E
- Resolves problems and complaints regarding construction and build-out process
- Organizes bids and awards architecture, construction, and equipment contracts
- Prepares project designs and plans using computer assigned design software
- Performs final quality assurance review of all documents and provides guidance/ approvals
- Opportunities for seminars and management training
- Project management of refurbishment and restaurant make-overs
