Benny’s Bistro is entering a new phase focused on refined, ingredient-driven cuisine and a more structured, intentional guest experience.
We are looking for a Lead Server who can guide the dining room, support the team, and contribute to a service culture rooted in knowledge, clarity, and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Lead the dining room during service
- Set and uphold service standards
- Support and guide servers throughout service
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar
- Assist with training and onboarding
- Maintain strong knowledge of food, ingredients, and menu direction
- Support beverage service with confidence (wine, cocktails, ABV awareness)
Requirements
- 2 years serving experience (lead experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of wine and alcoholic beverages (ABV, basic pairing principles)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stay composed and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presence and reliability
- Genuine interest in growing within hospitality
