The Taconic and Green Regional School District is seeking a Behaviorist (School-Wide) to join our team at Manchester Elementary Middle School for the 2025/2026 school year! As a licensed educator working with students in Grades K-8, the Behaviorist (School-Wide) provides leadership and support in promoting positive behavior and student engagement across general education settings. This position focuses on developing and sustaining proactive, data-informed behavioral practices using a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework. The Behaviorist (School-Wide) works closely with school teams, administration, students and families to build capacity around preventative behavior practices and tiered interventions for students with behavioral challenges not tied to a disability.The Behaviorist (School-Wide) will possess a comprehensive understanding of MTSS, PBIS, behavior modification and trauma-informed practices.
