Job Summary:
As a Pool Gate Attendant, you are a customer service professional who oversees the entrance and exit of the pool facility. You are responsible for checking pool passes, verifying identities, and providing directions and information. A gate attendant must be able to interact with a variety of people in a polite and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet all guests
Making sure all guest have proper passes
Checking in and out all guest who come to the pool
Making sure all guests comply with all safety regulations and pool rules
Checking pool chemical balances
Making sure the pool is clean of debris
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to work on weekends and evenings
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
