FULL TIME Maintenance Technician wanted for an apartment community located in West Henrietta, Bennington HIlls.

In supporting Cambridge Management Services, Inc.’s commitment to excellent customer service and a high quality living environment, the Maintenance Supervisor, under the supervision of the General Manager, is responsible for leading the maintenance staff in making repairs and conducting preventative maintenance of the property.
Must have two (2) years experience as a Maintenance Technician in the multifamily industry.
Must be EPA/HVAC certified.
Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing
