This is an entry level position with possibility of future advancement.
Hours:
9am - 5pm Monday-Friday
9am - 12pm Saturdays - employee rotate, When you work a Saturday, you get three hours off during the week.

Responsibilities
Answer phone, forward calls to appropriate person, sorting mail, preparing letters, sending out mail, greet visitors, processing payments, preparing deposits.
