Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals
- Knowledge of employee benefits, health strategies, or insurance products
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Driven, goal-oriented mindset with effective time-management skills
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or customer service is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Active Health/Life/Accident insurance license
