As the Applications Analyst you will be responsible for the lifecycle, stability, and business effectiveness of enterprise applications. You will own application standards, vendor coordination, upgrades, configuration, and user enablement. Additionally, you will ensure applications are secure, supported, standardized, and aligned with business workflows.

- Own the lifecycle management of enterprise applications, from intake and configuration through upgrades and retirement
- Maintain an authoritative enterprise application inventory, including supported versions and standards
- Plan, test, and coordinate application upgrades and releases to ensure smooth rollouts
- Act as the primary point of contact with application vendors, including licensing and support coordination
- Define application roles, access models, and business configurations in partnership with stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Systems Analyst to support SSO and identity-related requirements
- Provide Tier 3 application support, troubleshooting complex issues and leading escalations
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and adoption resources
- 3 years of experience in an Application Analyst, Application, or similar IT role
- Experience supporting and administering enterprise business applications
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and vendor coordination
- Ability to translate business needs into clear application configurations and standards
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Comfort serving as a "go-to expert and escalation point" for critical applications
- Experience with a professional services firm is highly preferred
- Exposure to application security concepts in a compliance‑driven environment
- Familiarity with SSO concepts (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and experience partnering with identity/platform teams to on-board applications to SSO (without owning the identity platform itself)
- Familiarity with application integration patterns (APIs, data feeds, middleware) at a conceptual or coordination level
- Experience participating in application rationalization or standardization initiatives
