BT is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative HR Coordinator to join our high-caliber People Team. This role will impact HR operations and services for ≈500 partners and associates. The HR Coordinator will support HR Operations, serving as a key resource for administrative execution, employee engagement, and process coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing operational precision with internal client interaction. Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Talent Acquisition to process new hires, alert operations, and enter employee data into the HCM.
  • Serve as the People Team new hire onboarding host and facilitator, while coordinating schedules, agendas, logistics, and travel.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, workspace setup, and IT coordination.
  • Maintain information and data in HR platforms such as the spot bonus program, DoorDash, ClearlyRated, and the firm’s intranet.
  • Coordinate, communicate and execute events, meetings, and busy season activities.
  • Coordinate monthly newsletters, birthday gifts, and anniversary acknowledgements.
  • Process departures and requisite paperwork, alert operations, and update HCM data.
  • Collaborate with and assist the Benefits Manager, HR Managers, Payroll, Executive Secretary, and other team members on special projects as needed, supporting HR operational goals to align with firm strategy initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities/Characteristics

  • High accountability and results-oriented individual.

  • Proven ability to remain objective, discrete and exercise common sense at all times.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong system and technology skills; Experience with UKG is a plus.
  • Must exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and complete simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive and flexible attitude with the ability to promote firm culture initiatives.
  • Ability to work in the office 4 days per week; some overtime may be required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience supporting teams and multiple managers in a dynamic environment; Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree required.
