- Complete wheel‑end and brake system repairs including hubs, seals, drums, shoes, bearings, and air brake components.
- Conduct preventative maintenance services using our standardized inspection process.
- Repair and replace suspension components such as hangers, bushings, equalizers, and hardware.
- Perform minor welding and fabrication for brackets, patches, and structural reinforcement.
- Document all findings, parts used, and work performed clearly and accurately.
- Assist with disassembly and reassembly during major structural repairs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow all shop safety procedures.

- Experience as a Trailer Technician or related mechanical role.
- Strong understanding of trailer systems including electrical, air brakes, suspensions, and structural components.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and repair manuals.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy components safely.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional communication and a team‑first attitude.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus but not required.
