We operate with an impeccable “Safety is Priority One” business model.Maintain and grow current client base via inside and outside customer calls.
Sales Manager Duties:
- Grow client base by cold calling and utilizing databases to the fullest extend necessary to drive revenue
- Quote, size and book projected crane operations from customers.
- Make sure all successfully bid jobs have specific lift plans and rigging sized for the project.
- Communicate with dispatch about estimated job dates and equipment availability.
- Communicate with customers about upcoming project with details.
- Follow up with customer after projects are completed, to ensure all paperwork has been correctly filled out and project is ready for billing. Follow up should also include a job review to ensure we are meeting and exceeding the expectations of the client with respect to safety and performance.
- Maintain good feedback to the management staff about future, current and past project progress.
- 5 years in outside sales with knowledge of crane, lifting, and lifting industry.
- High School or Equivalent.
- Must possess above average Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be detail oriented and well organized.
- FCC experience preferred.
- Proven sales history.
