Overview:
Review full application and reports to confirm driver meets qualifications. Conduct, gather, and verify employment documents and experience, for past 3 years
Collect and verify truck, trailer, and inspection documents. Communicate with drivers for missing documents or clarification. Keep recruiters updated on the status of each candidate. Set up drug screens and ensure results are received. Verify all documents and files are accurate and complete. Ensure all documents and files are copied from Tenstreet to Synergize. Coordinate with Safety (Leasing Group) to finalize the driver qualification file and move towards onboarding.
Duties:
- Conduct, gather, and verify employment documents and experience for the past 3 years. Requesting and Reviewing Employment Verifications – Contacting previous employers to confirm dates of employment, job title, reason for leaving, and safety performance history. Identifying and Addressing Employment Gaps – Ensuring that any gaps of 30 days are accounted for with supporting documentation, such as personal statements or alternative verifications.

Communicate with drivers for missing documents or clarification and keep Recruiters updated on the status of each candidate.

Qualifications:
- Must be a strong communicator – Comfortable interacting with drivers, employers, recruiters, safety teams, and internal departments.
- Must be confident with Outbound Calls – Proactively contacts previous employers for verification, drivers for missing documents, and internal teams for updates.
- Ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with strangers – Professional and confident in daily interactions with new people.
- Must be detail-oriented & organized – Ensures accurate document transfers and proper record-keeping.
- Previous experience in the trucking industry preferred.
