The Bennett Family of Companies is seeking a full-time Bi-Lingual(French and English) Financial Solutions Analyst I at our Corporate office located in McDonough, GA.
Overview:
Responsible for the accurate input of key carrier invoice data to assure audit can occur and carrier be paid promptly. Report any 'new' or 'unusual' information on invoices/paperwork to supervisor. Provide reporting as required by supervisor.
Duties:
- Assure timely entry of carrier invoices into database, volume is critical along with accuracy.
- Identify areas of improvement within the department.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be open to change.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in French and English
- Office environment skill set, preferred
- Customer service core value, mandatory
- Data entry experience, mandatory
- Knowledge of trucking industry, preferred
- Knowledge of carrier settlements, preferred
- Driver settlements experience preferred but not required.
- Experience using AS400 is a huge plus
