Role Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Programmer to join our team full-time at our facility in Mount Vernon, IL. In this on-site role, you will program CNC machines, plan lights out machining, interpret technical drawings, and ensure precision in machining and milling operations. You will collaborate with the project managers to develop efficient machining processes and be responsible for programming, optimizing, and troubleshooting CNC equipment to produce high-quality components while meeting tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC Programming and Machining for automated manufacturing processes
• Experience with Technical Drawings, including interpreting and applying precise specifications
• Expertise in CNC programming software; familiarity with MasterCAM and Hypermill is highly valued
• Understanding of lights out machining practices
• Proficiency in reading and editing G-code.
• Hands-on expertise in Machining and Milling operations
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for machining processes
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver work within exacting tolerances
• Experience with ISO standards and quality assurance is preferred
• Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, or related field is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
