We are a local property management company seeking an organized, customer-focused professional to join our team. This position combines property management support, leasing, customer service, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
· Previous property management, leasing, or sales experience preferred.
· Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing practices preferred.
· Minimum one year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
· Comfortable learning new software and technology.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
· Flexible team player willing to assist where needed.
· Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative office environment.
· Occasional Saturday hours are required.
Primary Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional customer service in a variety of settings to homeowners, residents, vendors, and visitors.
· Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, emails, and front office inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and contractor access.
· Assist with leasing activities, including marketing vacancies, showing units, processing applications, and preparing move-in/move-out documentation.
· Schedule and oversee move-ins and move-outs.
· Maintain accurate resident, homeowner, and unit records.
· Manage required documentation, including insurance certificates, contractor liability insurance, commercial lease files, and other compliance records.
· Administer building access systems, including fobs, call boxes, parking codes, and contractor access.
· Monitor building and parking area compliance and communicate with residents regarding policies as needed.
· Prepare and distribute notices, emails, and other communications.
· Build positive relationships with homeowners, residents, contractors, and vendors.
· Assist with general office administration and other duties as assigned, including occasional errands and supporting teammates when needed.
