Customer Service Representative - duties include
- Greet customers either by phone or in person
- Direct incoming calls to appropriate individuals
- Respond to inquiries regarding services and answer questions regarding any requests or issues
- Assist with scheduling assignments
- Maintain customer base continually
- Operate business machines
- Compile copy, sort, and file
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Must be bilingual - Spanish
Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
Good communication skills
Good attendance
Good listening skills
Good attitude
Active California Drivers License
