- $25 to $35 per hour - based on experience
- Full Time – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and On-Call

Bennett Heat Treating and Brazing Co., Inc. is a family-owned heat treatment and brazing provider with more than 100 years of experience supplying customers within the Aerospace & Defense industries.
We have been growing at an aggressive pace and are looking to grow our team! Our Warminster facility is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join us. The primary responsibilities for this position include: troubleshooting and repairing industrial furnace equipment, performing basic plumbing, electrical wiring, welding and soldering, and work with the production team to ensure all equipment in need of repair is attended to.

- This position reports to the General Manager.
Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with electrical systems is a must – 480V/240V, as well as troubleshooting and repairing of circuits, motors, pumps, piping, hoses, valves, bearings, and gearboxes.
- Experience in pyrometry is a plus.
- Must be able to read and understand engineering prints/technical drawings
- Attention to detail, critical thinker, problem-solving skills
- Adequate math and analytical skills
- Team player / ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship will be an asset
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
