What you'll do:
Drive new business through prospecting, outreach, plant visits, trade shows, LinkedIn
Own and grow a book of business with full relationship accountability
Close deals end-to-end and directly impact your income through uncapped commission
Manage client retention and long-term account health
Track activity and pipeline in HubSpot CRM
What we're looking for:
A track record of selling something hard and winning
Someone who can open a cold door and hold a boardroom
Comfort owning a number without being chased for it
Freight, logistics, or industrial sales experience (a plus, not a requirement)
HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Office
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or Logistics preferred
