Associate Director of Enrollment and Marketing
Bennett Day School seeks a dynamic, relationship-driven, and highly organized Associate Director of Enrollment and Marketing. This role serves as a vital engine within the Family Experience division. The Associate Director will support the conversion funnel from inquiry to enrollment, while weaving the school’s future-focused “Built for What’s Next” brand narrative into high-impact events, family engagement initiatives, and targeted marketing campaigns.
This role requires a unique blend of analytical pipeline analysis, the ability to lead families from inquiry through enrollment, creative marketing execution, and a deep passion for community-building. Key Responsibilities
Enrollment & Pipeline Management
- Own the Admissions Journey: Manage prospective families through the enrollment funnel (Inquiry ? Tour ? Application ? Enrollment), ensuring a premium, high-touch experience.
- Lead Tours & Consultations: Serve as a primary face of Bennett Day School, conducting personalized tours, family interviews, and student shadow days that authentically communicate the outcomes of the school’s project-based, future-focused model.
- Data & CRM Maintenance: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the admissions CRM (Ravenna/HubSpot or equivalent); monitor pipeline health and response times to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Academic Partnership: Coordinate closely with division heads and academic leadership to schedule student assessments, classroom visits, and transition-year touchpoints.
Marketing Execution & Brand Strategy
- Campaign & Content Creation: Execute localized marketing efforts, which may include digital content, social media storytelling, and physical collateral that elevate the Bennett Day brand.
- Pipeline Collaboration: Partner with the Directors of Enrollment and Marketing to align outward-facing marketing messaging with specific enrollment pipeline shortages or growth goals.
- Asset Management: Support the production of admissions collateral, ensuring all print and digital touchpoints reflect the school's premium brand identity.
Family Engagement & Special Events
- Signature Event Architecture: Plan, promote, and execute key admissions and community events, including Open Houses, neighborhood festivals, transition-year information sessions, and new family onboarding celebrations.
- Community Outreach: Actively seek out and manage community partnerships, corporate outreach, and local school relationships to widen the top of the enrollment funnel.
- The "First Impression" Experience: Design the physical and experiential environment of admissions events to ensure prospective families feel seen, supported, and welcomed from the moment they step onto campus.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in admissions, school enrollment, growth marketing, event management, or a high-end customer experience environment. Independent school experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of designing, budgeting, and executing community-facing events that drive measurable engagement or sales results.
- Comfort navigating CRM tools, pipeline reporting software, and content management tools.
