QuickBooks Expert & Bookkeeping Manager — Great Opportunity for the Right Person
Are you a true QuickBooks pro—not just another self-proclaimed expert? If you’ve mastered the ins and outs of QuickBooks and know a debit from a credit without blinking, we might have the perfect opportunity for you.
We’re looking for someone to take over and manage our outsourced bookkeeping department, which currently serves about 100 clients. This role involves:
- Managing and supporting a team of bookkeepers
- Reviewing their work on a spot-check basis for accuracy
- Helping organize and lead catch-up projects for clients who are months (or even years) behind
- Acting as a go-to expert on all things bookkeeping and sales tax
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with sales tax filings, MyConnect, and related compliance tasks
- Are familiar with individual tax returns (Form 1040) — not required, but definitely a plus
- Already run your own small bookkeeping firm — we’re open to acquiring your book of business and bringing you in to lead the entire operation

Pay for this roll will depend on experience level
