Dr. Benjamin Diller in Fernandina Beach has an opportunity for an experienced Front Office Associate. We are looking for someone who loves patient care and is driven to do purposeful work with a happy and unified team.
Over the past 11 years, Dr. Diller has continued the 40 year tradition of this established, fee for service private practice, with a loyal patient base who are more than patients, but family. The office is contemporary and takes pride in state of the art equipment and remarkable patient-centered care. Our passion is to provide a unique, personalized, and exceptional experience for every person that comes through our door.
We are looking for a caring, organized, and self-motivated individual that enjoys and is able to thrive in a busy and fast-paced dental practice. The ideal applicant is someone who values a cohesive team environment, understands the importance of outstanding customer service and is able to multitask effectively.
Hourly rate is based on skill level and experience.
Our ideal candidates will possess the following:
- A minimum of one-year dental experience is REQUIRED
- Eaglesoft knowledge/experience is preferred
- Energized by fast moving workflows
- Effective simultaneous task management
- Excellent written and verbal enrollment skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Calm demeanor
- Team player
