Position: Personal Injury Paralegal

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Cranberry Twp., PA (On-site)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake to resolution
- Conduct client interviews and gather case-related information
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date
- Perform legal research and summarize findings
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and other case-related events
- Communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries
- Support trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law preferred
- Strong knowledge of personal injury case procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
