We are a growing rental property business managing several residential properties in the greater Manchester CT area. We are seeking an organized, motivated, and dependable Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure our tenants receive exceptional service.

Position Overview: The Property Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of multiple rental properties, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable with showing units and occasional site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for multiple residential properties

• Handle tenant communications, concerns, and inquiries

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor services

• Perform property inspections and ensure compliance with policies

• Assist with leasing, showings, and move-in/move-out processes

• Manage rent collection and enforce lease terms

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports

• Work closely with ownership to streamline processes and improve property performance

Qualifications:

• Previous property management experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer-service skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

• Reliable transportation for travel between properties (mileage reimbursed)

• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, property management software a plus)

• Knowledge of CT landlord-tenant laws preferred
