- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
- Clearly communicate solutions and provide upfront pricing before work begins
- Maintains accurate, clean, and professional paperwork
- Work independently while staying connected to the larger team
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Residential Services Plumber
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, motivated and high ethical standards - our customers trust us in their homes
- Drain experience, a plus!
- Gas plumbing experience? Big plus!
- Valid U.S. Drivers license
