ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule: This is a full-time, onsite position in Lee's Summit, MO, with a Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM schedule.
The Position: As a Plumbing Field Supervisor, your day kicks off bright and early, ensuring every team member is set up for success. You schedule jobs, set priorities, and coach your team to deliver top-notch service. From evaluating performance to helping employees grow their skills, your leadership keeps operations running smoothly. When challenges arise, you tackle them head-on, ensuring our customers receive the best service every time.

- 5 years of experience in service plumbing and drain cleaning
