This is a full-time position with standard hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

In this skilled trade role, you will begin each day by efficiently dispatching to residential job sites within Lee's Summit and the Kansas City service area directly from your home. Upon arrival, you will utilize advanced sewer inspection technology to perform detailed diagnostics of drain and sewer line conditions, enabling accurate and effective recommendations. Employing consultative sales techniques, you'll deliver tailored solutions that address each customer's unique needs. You'll also supervise and mentor drain technician apprentices to uphold the highest safety and operational standards. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership, and customer service, ensuring that every call is handled with professionalism and expertise.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in drain cleaning
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Preferred qualifications for our Lead Drain Technician include strong consultative skills, the ability to work in confined spaces, perform extended manual labor, be punctual, be reliable, and have a team-oriented mindset.
