As a Sales and Service Technician, you aren’t just a "fixer"—you are a home service consultant. You will manage high-end residential and commercial projects, troubleshoot complex systems and provide clients with clear, professional options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Craftsmanship: Perform plumbing and heating repairs, installs, and replacements to strict state codes.
- Client Consultation: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and present solutions clearly. You’ll use our proven system to offer club memberships and high-quality products to enhance the client’s home.
- Systemized Success: We provide the framework. You’ll install equipment stickers, place neighborhood door hangers, and maintain accurate digital records on your iPad to ensure your pipeline stays full.
- Mentorship: Lead by example and supervise apprentices as we continue to grow the team.

Qualifications & Skills
