JOB OVERVIEW
The Drain Plumbing Specialist is responsible for managing drain-related service operations, overseeing repair and replacement projects, and supporting sales and technical development within the Drain Division.
KEY REPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with the office to ensure all drain cleaning service calls are scheduled and prioritized appropriately.
- Respond to qualified drain service opportunities and manage sales leads generated by Drain Technicians.
- Perform overflow drain cleaning services as needed to support operational demand.
- Oversee all drain repair and replacement projects from initial evaluation through completion, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate installation crews responsible for completing approved repair and replacement work.
- Provide ongoing sales and technical training to Drain Technicians to improve performance, consistency, and revenue generation.
- Maintain high service standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in residential drain cleaning (required)
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting options and closing work
- Ability to run service calls independently
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master License)
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Must pass a Background Check & Drug Screen
