What We're Looking For:
We’re hiring motivated Plumbing Installation Technicians with 1–6 years of hands-on experience (preferably in residential work). Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of plumbing system installations and maintenance. Experience with gas lines, venting systems, and tankless water heaters is a big plus.
Your Role: Plumbing Installation Technician
In this vital role, you’ll deliver high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance services to our residential customers. You’ll ensure every job meets safety standards, plumbing codes, and — most importantly — exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain traditional & tankless water heaters, home plumbing systems, fixtures, and water service piping
- Perform sewer repairs/replacements, and work on kitchen & bathroom remodels
- Apply relevant plumbing codes to all installations and repairs
- Document work accurately and communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Ensure top-level customer satisfaction on every job
What You Bring to the Table:
- Verifiable experience in residential plumbing installation and service
- Solid understanding of plumbing systems, best practices, and safety procedures
- A problem-solving mindset and a strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed
- Personal hand tools, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- High school diploma or GED required; certifications are a plus but not required
